爪蟾资源中心可以提供的服务内容What the Xenopus Resource Center offers

爪蟾资源中心致力于为利用非洲爪蟾开展科研的研究人员提供全方位支持。中心现阶段提供以下五大类服务：The Xenopus Resource Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to researchers using African clawed frogs. The center currently offers five categories of services:

① 前沿资讯① Frontier information

定期整理并发布国内外爪蟾研究最新进展、重要论文解读、学术会议通知以及领域内重大事件。为研究人员提供高质量的信息筛选与汇总，节省文献调研时间。We regularly compile and publish the latest domestic and international Xenopus research advances, paper highlights, conference announcements and field news — providing researchers with curated, high-quality information to reduce literature search time.

② 数据资源② Data resources

整合与爪蟾相关的公共数据库资源，包括：We aggregate Xenopus-relevant public database resources, including:

• Xenbase：爪蟾专属模式动物数据库（基因组、表达、表型、文献）；Xenbase: dedicated Xenopus database (genome, expression, phenotype, literature);
• 爪蟾基因组序列（X. laevis v9.1 / X. tropicalis v10）及转录组数据；Xenopus genome sequences (X. laevis v9.1 / X. tropicalis v10) and transcriptome data;
• 国内发表的爪蟾相关 SCI 文章精选（见客户成果）。Selected domestic Xenopus-related SCI publications (see Client achievements).

③ 资源协作③ Resource collaboration

推动国内爪蟾研究团队之间的联系与资源共享，包括：We facilitate connections and resource-sharing among domestic Xenopus research teams, including:

• 转基因品系、突变体品系的共享与交流；Sharing of transgenic lines, mutant strains;
• 实验技术与操作规程的共享（见技术资料）；Sharing of experimental protocols (see Technical resources);
• 参与构建国内爪蟾研究团队联盟（详见国内研究团队）。Building a domestic Xenopus research consortium (see Domestic labs).

④ 活体资源供应④ Live specimen supply

中心建有标准化爪蟾养殖基地，可提供：The center maintains a standardized Xenopus husbandry facility and supplies:

• 成年性成熟非洲爪蟾：雌雄均有，全年稳定供应（详见供应公告）；Sexually mature adult X. laevis: both sexes, year-round stable supply (see supply announcement);
• 各发育期蝌蚪：按 NF 分期提供（NF 35–50 期，详见产品）；Staged tadpoles: by NF stage (NF 35–50, see products);
• 卵母细胞：新鲜分离的 Dumont V–VI 期卵母细胞，适用于功能表达实验；Oocytes: freshly isolated Dumont stage V–VI, suitable for heterologous expression;
• 野生型斑马鱼：AB 品系（详见斑马鱼供应）。AB wild-type zebrafish (see zebrafish supply).

⑤ 技术支持⑤ Technical support

中心提供多种委托实验服务，适合无自建爪蟾实验平台的课题组：The center offers contract experimental services for labs without their own Xenopus platform:

• 卵母细胞异源表达：cRNA 体外转录、卵母细胞注射、孵育至功能表达；Oocyte heterologous expression: cRNA in-vitro transcription, oocyte injection, incubation to functional expression;
• TEVC 电生理记录：双电极电压钳检测离子通道/受体功能，可进行药物浓度-效应曲线；TEVC electrophysiology: two-electrode voltage clamp for ion channel/receptor function, dose-response curves;
• 早期胚胎操作：显微注射、形态素（Morpholino）基因敲低、胚胎表型分析；Early embryo manipulation: microinjection, Morpholino knockdown, embryo phenotyping;
• 单细胞提取服务：蝌蚪视顶盖单细胞分离，用于单细胞测序或原代培养；Single-cell isolation: tadpole tectal single-cell isolation for scRNA-seq or primary culture;
• 发育毒性（FETAX）检测：胚胎致畸性评估，符合 OECD 标准。Developmental toxicity (FETAX): embryo teratogenicity assessment per OECD standards.
